Borisun Optics has developed 220nm and 275nm UV optical filters specifically for the determination of total nitrogen content in water quality analysis instruments. Our company uses a process similar to that of imported filters from the United States. After technical improvements, the "sandwich" process is used to encapsulate the easily corroded film layer in the vacuum layer, which greatly extends the service life of the filter and solves the problem of reduced performance of the filter after long-term use.
Generally, the common 220nm and 275nm filters in China use the induction process, which has wide cutoff bands, large transition bands, poor peak symmetry, low yield, and short service life. The products developed by Ruiyan Optics are non-induction processes, with narrow product transitions, good peak symmetry, good stability, and long service life.
