After years of accumulation of fluorescence filter production processes and technologies, and a wealth of experience in R&D, production and application, Borisun Optics has joined hands with PCR instrument manufacturers to officially launch a six-channel high-quality PCR-specific filter set after repeated improvements and verifications.
The PCR-specific filter set provided by Borisun Optics has the characteristics of being able to replace imports, high OD6 cutoff depth, high transmittance of 95%, high cross-cutoff, good transition band steepness, high signal-to-noise ratio, good stability, and long life.
This series of products is used for excitation source applications of LED light sources and laser light sources, excites fluorescent dyes, and generates PCR fluorescent signals. According to the number of channels used by the instrument manufacturer, the channels can be sold separately, or a full set of six-channel filter sets can be purchased.

Each set contains an excitation filter, a reflection filter, and a dichroic mirror.
The four sets of PCR filter sets for routine inspection are: FAM, HEX, ROX, CY5
The extended six-channel PCR filter set is: FAM, HEX, ROX, CY5, CY5.5, CY3
